All workshop bookings are subject to the following terms:
1. Your booking secures your place in the workshop.
2. If the workshop is cancelled by AntiCraft Zero Waste (due to insufficient numbers or circumstances outside our control) you are entitles to 100% refund or a credit note for a future workshop.
3. Name changes are permitted on the bookings and you may transfer to another person if you can't attend.
4. If you can't attend your booked workshop, but would like to transfer to a later date, you may do this with a 10% admin fee payable. Workshop bookings that are transferred to future dates are not refundable at any stage.
5. If your booking is cancelled by you, and you would like a refund, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellation with 28 days notice prior to the start date will be refunded in full less 10% admin fee.
- Cancellation within 14-28 days notice of the start date will be subject to being able to fill your place in the course. If we have names on the wait list and can fill your spot, you will be refunded less a 20% admin fee.
- A cancellation with less than 14 days notice is not refundable.
6. Failure to attend the workshop or a significantly late arrival will result in the loss of your booking and no refund applies.
7. During the workshop we may take photos for use in promotional materials and social media and no remuneration will be provided. Please advise us in writing prior to the class if you don't want your photos used for these purposes.
8. Workshop participants may take still photos of their own work for personal use, but may not take photos or video of the other attendees, teaching materials or teacher without prior permission.
9. Unless otherwise specified, the minimum age for any of our workshops is 12 years old.
10. All equipment is used at the participants own risk and AntiCraft Zero Waste, the workshop teacher and the workshop venue are not responsible for misuse of any equipment, or any harm that arises from the use of equipment. You may be responsible for the replacement cost of any damaged items.
11. Hearing protection is recommended for any workshop with multiple sewing machines being used at the same time. Suitable protection is the responsibility of the workshop participants.
12. We collect personal information about workshop attendees for the purpose of providing a service. With the exception of providing your details (name, phone and/or email address) to the workshop venue, cohosts or direct service providers, we will not on-sell or distribute your personal details except in situations where we are required to by law.
13. Any teaching resources provided during the workshop are copyright and intended for personal use by the workshop attendee only. They may not be reproduced, distributed or published in any form without written permission of the copyright holder.
